    摘要:

    子宫肌瘤为育龄期女性最常见的良性肿瘤,高强度聚焦超声(high—intensity focused ultrasound,HIFU)作为一种非侵入性治疗手段,已广泛用于实体肿瘤特别是子宫肌瘤的治疗。超声微泡被认为可以通过改变组织声学特性、增加空化作用等增加靶区能量沉积,增大凝固性坏死面积,可作为增效剂用于HIFU治疗。本文将对超声微泡在高强度聚焦超声治疗子宫肌瘤中的具体应用做一综述。

    Abstract:

    Uterine fibroids are the most common benign tumor of women of childbearing age. High intensity focused ultrasound as a non-invasive treatment method, has been widely used in the treatment of solid tumors, especially the uterine fibroids. It has been believed that the ultrasound microbubble can increase the energy deposition in the target region by changing the acoustic characteristics and increasing the cavitation effect to increase the coagulation necrosis area that it can be used as a synergistic agent. In this article, we will review the application of ultrasound microbubble in the treatment of uterine fibroids with high intensity focused ultrasound.
