At present,the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases clinical mainly depends on the chest X-ray and CT.however,there is a high risk of transportation the critical patients to CT room,moreover,the X-ray and CT can not real-timely monitor the progress and outcome of the lung lesions.With the development of ultrasound technology,we gradually broke the exclusion zone that ultrasonography is forbidden in the lung, furthermore, the method has increasingly gained in clinical diagnosis and treatment.The progress in the application of lung ultrasound is reviewed in critical severe in this article.
