Standardized training of residents has become the necessary steps in medical clinical training system. According to the problems in standardized training of residents in ultrasound department at present, the value of tutorial system in standardized training was analyzed from the aspects of choice of tutors, establishment of the tutorial system and improvement of the evaluation system.
