Abstract:【】Objective To investigate the TI -RADS grade, elasticity score, contrast-enhanced mode for diagnosing malignant application value in differentiating benign thyroid nodules. Methods Pathologically confirmed 162 nodules 135 patients underwent TI - RADS classification, elasticity score, contrast-enhanced pattern analysis, judgment benign and malignant nodules, evaluate the diagnostic efficacy of three methods of diagnosis and sensitivity of joint, specificity, accuracy, and score analysis to determine the benign and malignant thyroid nodules score threshold. Results Single routine ultrasound inspection sensitivity of 69.0% (37/54), specificity was 90.7% (98/108), the accuracy rate was 83.3%. Single elastography score sensitivity of 81.5% (44/54), specificity 82.4% (89/108), 82.1% accuracy rate, CEUS diagnosis sensitivity 77.8% (42/54), specificity 86.7% (93/108), the accuracy was 83.3%. ; Three joint diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of points respectively, 85.2% ( 46/54) ,95.3%( 103 /108),91.2 % . United were alone after TI - RADS classification, elasticity score and CEUS compare the sensitivity, specificity, accuracy difference was statistically significant, P <0.05, making the ROC curve, when the sum of the three scores greater than 6 can be. diagnosed as malignant. Conclusions The TI-RADS classification, elasticity imaging techniques and contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined diagnosis, improve the efficiency of ultrasound diagnosis of thyroid nodules, when the sum of the three scores greater than 6, it can be judged to be malignant.
