| 目的 试分析产前超声诊断不同类型前置胎盘在临床中的应用价值。
方法 选取2008年6月至2015年6月来我院产检228例孕妇，产前超声诊断为前置胎盘患者作为研究对象，根据超声检查结果将患者分为完全性前置胎盘组(75例)，部分性前置胎盘组(72例)，边缘性前置胎盘组(81例)，对比产后前置胎盘的符合率，并对三组患者的临床特征、妊娠结局等情况进行回顾性分析。
结果 超声产前诊断不同类型前置胎盘与产后临床诊断前置胎盘的符合率没有统计学意义（P >0.05），三组患者在分娩方式、分娩孕周、产后出血、新生儿情况及胎盘是否粘连或植入，以中央性前置胎盘危害最为严重，比较其他两种类型差异具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。
结论 产前超声诊断不同类型前置胎盘与产后临床符合率无统计学意义，而不同类型的前置胎盘对妊娠结局有着很大的影响, 特别是完全性前置胎盘预后最差，因此超声产前诊断不同类型前置胎盘对产前临床处理和预后提供了重要依据和指导意义。

| 【】Objective Analysis of prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of different types of placenta praevia in clinical application value.Methods 228 pregnant women of prenatal diagnosis with placenta previa in our hospital from June 2008 to June 2015 were selected as the research objects, according to the results of ultrasonic examination, patients were divided into complete placenta previa group (75 cases), partial placenta previa group (72 cases) and marginal placenta praevia disc group (81 cases) and contrast postpartum placenta previa coincidence rate and clinical characteristics of patients in the three groups and pregnancy outcomes were retrospective analysis.Results Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of different types of placenta previa and postpartum clinical diagnosis of placenta previa coincidence rate had no statistical significance (P > 0.05), three groups of patients in the mode of delivery, gestational age at delivery, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal situation and placenta whether adhesion or implant, with central placenta previa harm is the most serious, compared with the other two types of difference has statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion Prenatal ultrasound diagnosis of different types o、f placenta previa and postpartum clinical coincidence rate was not statistically significant, and different types of placenta previa on pregnancy outcome has a great influence, especially the worst prognosis of complete placenta previa, so prenatal ultrasound diagnosis different types of placenta previa provides important reference and guidance significance of prenatal clinical treatment and prognosis. |
