摘 要 目的 探讨应用实时三维斑点追踪(RT3D-STI)技术评价肥厚性心肌病(HCM)患者左室整体收缩功能的新方法。方法 选取肥厚性心肌病患者40例(HCM组)和健康志愿者40例(正常对照组),应用RT3D-STI技术测得左室整体长轴应变(GLS)、轴向应变(GCS)、径向应变(GRS)及面积应变(GAS),并比较上述参数。结果 两组左室射血分数比较差异无统计学意义;HCM组GLS、GRS均较正常对照组减低,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。GLS、GAS与左室舒张末期室间隔的最大厚度(IVSd)呈线性相关(r=0.861、0.812,均P<0.01)。结论 GLS、GAS与IVSd均有良好的相关性,二者联合应用能更准确地评价HCM患者左室整体收缩功能。 |

ABSTRACT Objective To explore the new method of evaluating left ventricular global systolic function in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) by using real-time three-dimension speckle tracking imaging. Methods 40 was selected as HCM group. 40 health persons were selected at random as control group. Using RT3D-STI technology left Ventricular GLS, left Ventricular GCS, left Ventricular GRS and left Ventricular GAS,and compare the above parame.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in LVEF. Significant differences were detected between the two groups with decreased GLA and GRS increased in HCM group. There were negative correlations between GLS,GAS and IVSd(r=0.861,0.812,P<0.01). Conclusion GLS,GAS has good correlation with IVSd,the combined application of the two can be more accurate in evaluating the overall left ventricular systolic function in patients with HCM. |
