Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective To explore the new method of evaluating left ventricular global systolic function in patients with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) by using real-time three-dimension speckle tracking imaging. Methods 40 was selected as HCM group. 40 health persons were selected at random as control group. Using RT3D-STI technology left Ventricular GLS, left Ventricular GCS, left Ventricular GRS and left Ventricular GAS,and compare the above parame.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups in LVEF. Significant differences were detected between the two groups with decreased GLA and GRS increased in HCM group. There were negative correlations between GLS,GAS and IVSd(r=0.861,0.812,P<0.01). Conclusion GLS,GAS has good correlation with IVSd,the combined application of the two can be more accurate in evaluating the overall left ventricular systolic function in patients with HCM.
