目的 利用声触诊组织定量技术(VTQ)比较各类甲状腺弥漫性疾病横向剪切波速度(SWV)变化特点。方法 将甲状腺弥漫性疾病入组病例,按病种分为五组:毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿组(Graves病)(A组,45例),青春期甲状腺肿组(B组,30例),甲状腺功能减退组(C组,42例),桥本氏甲状腺炎组(D组,43例),亚急性甲状腺炎组(E组,30例)。利用VTQ技术分别检测正常对照组(F组,40例)和甲状腺弥漫性病变组(190例)SWV值,比较、分析各类甲状腺弥漫性疾病SWV变化特点。结果 A组SWV值为(2.31±0.42)m/s,B组SWV值为(1.72±0.39) m/s,C组SWV值为(2.86±0.80)m/s,D组SWV值为(2.64±0.54)m/s,E组SWV值为(4.48±2.01)m/s,F组SWV值为(1.89±0.38)m/s。两两比较各组间的差异,除F组(正常对照组)与B组(青春期甲状腺肿组)间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)外,他们与其他各组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),A组(Graves病组)除与D组(桥本氏甲状腺炎组)间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与其他各组间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);C组(甲状腺功能减低组)与A组(Graves病组)、B组(青春期甲状腺肿组)、E组(亚急性甲状腺炎组)及F组(正常对照组)间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),但与D组(桥本氏甲状腺炎组)间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);D组(桥本氏甲状腺炎组)与A组(Graves病组)和C组(甲状腺功能减低组)间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与其他三组间的差异有统计学意义 |

Preliminary Study on the Characteristic of Transverse Shear Wave Velocity in Diffuse Thyroid Disease |

Abstract: |
Objective To study the differences of transverse shear wave velocity(SWV) in all kinds of diffuse thyroid disease. Methods According to the clinical diagnosis, the research objects were divided into five groups: toxic diffuse goiter group (Graves disease) (group A, 45 cases), adolescence goiter group (group B, 30 cases), hypothyroidism group (C group, 42 cases), Hashimoto"s thyroiditis group (group D, 43 cases), subacute thyroiditis group (group E, 30 cases). SWV was measured by virtual touch tissue quantification(VTQ),then the data was statistically analyzed. Results SWV was (2.31±0.42)m/s in A group; (1.72±0.39) m/s in B group; (2.86±0.80)in C group; (2.64±0.54)m/s in D group; (4.48±2.01)m/s in E group; (1.89±0.38)m/s in F group. There was no significant difference between F group and B group(P>0.05). The SWV in F group was statistical difference vs. other groups(P<0.01).The SWV showed no significant difference between A and B group(P>0.05), but there was statistical difference between A and other groups(P<0.05).No significant difference of SWV was observed between C and D group(P>0.05), but it was statistical difference between C and other groups(P<0.01). There were no significant differences of SWV between D and A group, D and C group(P>0.05).There was statistical difference between D and other groups(P<0.01).There was statistical difference between E and each group(P<0.01).Conclusions SWV was difference among the various types of diffuse thyroid diseases. VTQ has high clinical value for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of diffuse thyroid disease. |
