Abstract:Objective This thesis mainly concerning the value of shear wave elastography in the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the shear wave elastic imaging of 49 patients with prostate cancer and 15 patients with benign prostatic lesions. The Young's value of the suspected modulus were measured and compared. We plotted ROC curve of the Emean to determine the diagnostic threshold and to calculate the sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, diagnostic accuracy. We analyzed the correlation between the Eration and the Gleason score .Results The malignant group:Emin44.3±11.2Kpa、Emax73.2±15.9Kpa、Emean、57.6±11.7Kpa、Eration5.8±2.9 Kpa.The benign group:Emin24.3±10.5Kpa、Emax42.2±9.7Kpa、Emean、30.3±10.4Kpa、Eration2.8±1.3.There are statistically difference between the two group, the value of p are0.020、0.018、0.013、0.010.The Eration of Gleason score 8 and 9 points were significantly higher than the Gleason score of 6,7 points . The p value between them was below 0.001 .According to the ROC curve, taking Emean41kPa as a cut-off,diagnostic efficiency is better. the sensitivity was 90%, the specificity was 78%, the positive predictive value was 64.6%, the negative predictive value was 95.3%, the area under the curve was 0.923.Conclusion The diagnostic value of transrectal shear wave elastography for prostate cancer is better, have a higher detection accuracy.
