Abstract:【】Objective To investigate the application value of CEUS and fluorescein angiography in choroidal tumor. Methods Conventional CEUS and fluorescein angiography of 75 cases of choroidal tumor, and confirmed by surgical pathology or clinical diagnosis and follow-up. Results choroidal hemangioma, choroidal melanoma, choroidal metastasis in IMAX, RT TTP, mTT have significant differences (P <0.05).In the early stage of development, the choroidal hemangioma showed a strong fluorescence, and the medium was enhanced, and the tumor was stained with different degrees of leakage. The fluorescence imaging of choroidal melanoma showed that early weak fluorescence or low fluorescence, medium gradually increased, and the late stage of the tumor was mottled with high fluorescence with varying degrees of leakage. The fluorescence imaging of choroidal metastasis showed weak fluorescence in early stage of tumor, and gradually transformed into strong fluorescence, and the late enhancement was mottled like fluorescence. Conclusions The CEUS and fluorescein angiography can provide quantitative analysis for choroidal tumor with preferable clinical application value.
