实时三维子宫输卵管超声造影(real time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo—contrast sonography,RT-3D-HyCoSy)是一种新的成像技术[1],它是通过向宫腔导管注入造影剂后,实时显示造影剂在宫腔、输卵管腔和盆腔内流动、分布的显影过程,在诊断宫腔病变和输卵管病变引起的不孕症中具有很好的临床应用价值,该检查简便易行,安全性高,不影响怀孕,目前得到临床医生的广泛关注和认可。 |

Abstract: |
Real time three-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography(RT-3D—HyCoSy)is a new imagery technique.After injecting constrast agent,it can display real-time three-dimensional contrast agent in the oviduct of the courses, as well as spatial position in the uterine cavity, pelvic distributed. RT-3D—HyCoSy can demonstrate dynamic morphological features of fallopian tube,accurately assess tubalpatency and diagnose utrine malformation and lesion.It is simple with high security and does not affect the Pregnancy has great value in clinical application in the diagnosis of infertility caused by tubal diseases. |
