| This paper analyzed the past problems of training doctors in ultrasound department of our hospital, proposed the comprehensive education for ultrasound training doctors in the new situation. By exploring the comprehensive training on educating, scientific research and emotional care, we share some excellent experiences in our management of training doctors. |
