Three-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography is a novel technology developed in recent years，by tracing motion of speckles in three dimensional space， which allows for the assessment of global and regional myocardial function through analysis of myocardial deformation.In this review，we focus on its application in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
