| 【】 目的 比较常规超声(US)和超声造影(CEUS)对肾囊性肿物的诊断效能。 方法 2014年6月到2015年11月对 29例患者共29个肾囊性肿物进行 US 和 CEUS 诊断,对其进行良恶性分类,与病理金标准进行比较,计算其敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及曲线下面积,分析两者的一致性,最终比较 US、CEUS 对肾恶性囊性肿物的诊断效能。 结果 常规超声和超声造影对肾恶性囊性肿物诊断的敏感度、 特异性、 准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值及曲线下面积分别为66.7% VS 94.4%,72.7 %VS 81.8%, 68.9% VS 89.7%,80.0%VS89.5%,57,1%VS90.0%,0.697和0.874,超声造影与常规超声诊断肾脏恶性囊性肿物的比较差异有统计学意义(p=0.04) 结论 超声造影对肾恶性囊性肿物具有较高的诊断效能。 |

| 【】 Objective To compare the diagnostic efficacy of conventional ultrasound (US) and contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in renal cystic lesions. Methods From June 2014 to November 2015, twenty-nine patients with twenty-nine renal cystic lesions underwent CEUS and US in our department．Images were analyzed by two ultrasonographers engaged in CEUS more than 10-year and 2-year respectively. All masses were graded benign or malignant according to features of the US and CEUS images, and the terminal diagnosis of these lesions were confirmed by pathology. The sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and the diagnostic consistency were evaluated, and the diagnostic value of US and CEUS were compared. Results The sensitivity, specificity ,accuracy ,positive predictive value, negative predictive value and The area under the ROC curves of US and CEUS were 66.7% vs 94.4%,72.7 %vs 81.8%,80.0%vs89.5%,57,1%vs90.0%,68.9% vs 89.7%, 0.697vs 0.874. There were significant differences in diagnosing renal malignant cystic lesions between the 2 groups(p=0.04)．Conclusions CEUS is helpful for improving the diagnostic efficacy of renal malignant cystic mass． |
