| 目的 探讨经食道超声心动图（TEE）和经胸超声心动图（TTE）在不明原因脑卒中（CS）诊断中的临床应用价值。
方法 选取CS患者167例，分别进行TTE及TEE检查，对比两种诊断技术在CS诊断中的价值。
结果 TEE共检出心源性病因70例（41.91%），采用TTE共检出心源性病因18例（10.77%），TEE的检出率明显高于TTE，差异有统计学意义。
结论 TEE在CS的诊断中有明显优势，具有重要的临床应用价值。 |

| Clinical Application Value of Transesophageal Echocardiography in the Diagnosis of Patients with Cryptogenic Stroke |

| Objective To investigate the clinical application value of transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) in patients with cryptogenic stroke(CS).
Methods 167 patients with CS were selected.All the patients were tested with TEE and trans thoracic echocardiography(TTE) to analysis the value of the two different diagnostic techniques.
Results 70 patients with cardio-embolic cerebral infarction were diagnosed by TEE,and 18 patients were diagnosed by TTE,positive rate was TEE 41.91% and TTE 10.77%.The detection rate of TEE was obviously higher than that of TTE.The difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).
Conclusion TEE has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of CS,which has important clinical application value. |
