Abstract:Abstract objective: To study the different contrast-enhanced ultrasound enhancement intisity and quantitative parameters for the value diagnosis of renal small benign and malignant tumor. Method: 118 patients with renal small tumors preoperative ultrasound imaging, based on the enhanced the strength of the divided into low strengthen group , enhancement group ,high strengthen group. A quantitative analysis with Sonoliver ultrasonic imaging analysis software. For maximum peak intensity (IMAX), rise time,( RT), the peak time ( TTP), mean transit time (mTT) and area under the curve( AUC) parameters , compared with pathological results.Compare different enhanced intensity and the quantitative index value to the diagnosis of renal small benign and malignant tumor. Results: Low enhanced group and renal pathological types of small tumors or high enhanced group differences (P < 0.05). 28 patients with low enhanced group, 20 cases of low-grade malignant or benign neoplasm, 6 cases of clear cell carcinoma, 1 case of papillary carcinoma, 1 case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma. 90 cases of high or enhancement of renal neoplasm, 64 cases of clear cell carcinoma, 6cases of papillary carcinoma, 1 case of suspicion of colour cell carcinoma, 1 cases of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma, 1 case of metastatic renal cell carcinoma, 1 case of low-grade malignant angiomyolipomas, 14 cases of benign tumor. Group of low enhanced ultrasound imaging quantitative parameters IMAX, RT, determined by mTT, AUC difference has no statistical significance (P > o. 05) enhance group and high strength contrast-enhanced ultrasound quantitative parameters, such as RT, determined by mTT, AUC difference was statistically significant (P < o. 05). IMAX differences significant statistical significance (P < 0.01), malignant neoplasm of RT and determined by mTT are smaller than that of benign lesions, IMAX and AUC were greater than benign lesions. Conclusion: Different enhanced intensity ultrasound angiography and quantitative parameters on renal benign and malignant small mass judgment provides more information.
