Abstract:objective To analyze and discuss the diagnostic value and clinical significance of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of testicular insufficiency in children. Method Selected in our hospital from November April 2011 to 2015 years admitted during the period of 312 cases of testicular descent not in children with clinical data were analyzed retrospectively, including 9 cases with surgery confirmed and ultrasonic image performance exists in testicular torsion surgery and pathology results. Result 312 cases of testicular descent of the children were screened in 9 cases (2.9%) patients with testicular torsion of children, the age, clinical manifestation and surgical outcome the basic data are shown in Table 1. Ultrasound showed no normal testicular ultrasound with 1 case, only the left inguinal large network like echo; sonogram showed testicular parenchyma of normal children, 1 cases, testicular blood flow rich, and spermatic cord junction "swirl" blood flow signals ; ultrasonic image have substantial inhomogeneous hypoechoic mass with 6 cases, color Doppler showed intratesticular no blood flow signal, testicular capsule is not smooth; testicular teratocarcinoma There were 1 cases of tumor in children. Conclusion There are a lot of children in the clinic, but there are not many cases with testicular torsion, and ultrasound examination is of great diagnostic value and very important clinical significance for early detection of this kind of patients.
