Abstract：To analyze the reproductive outcome after high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) ablation for treatment of uterine fibroids． Methods：Retrospective analysis from December 2011 to December 2015 ,827 patients with symptomatic uterine who had HIFU treatment in our hospita1 fibroids,After ablation ,Pregnancies occurred in 35 patients Reproductive outcome and their medical history were retrospectively analyzed． Results： All the 35 patients with 39 ibroids were successfully treated with HIFU．No Major adverse effects were observed, all belong to the A-B SIR class, no C-F SIR class occurred .Successful pregnancies occurred in 35 patients after the average time of (18.3±5.6 )months post HIFU．11 cases of unplanned pregnancy: 7 cases of artificial abortion , 4 cases of drug abortion; 24 cases of planned pregnancy:Spontaneous abortion in 2 cases,10 women had a vaginal delivery，and 12 had cesarean delivery． All the term infants were health． Conclusions： Women with Symptomatic Uterine fibroids can be fertilized nomally after HIFU ablation ,The time period between the pregnancy and operation should generally 12-24 months.
