Abstract:Objective Explore the ultrasound and contrast - enhanced ultrasound performance of sclerosing adenosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of ultrasound and ultrasound contrast performance in seven cases of pathologically confirmed breast sclerosing adenosis. Results On baseline ultrasound, five cases of the lesions exhibited irregular in shape, all lesions exhibited hypoechoic, five cases exhibited calcification in mass, orientation of all lesions were parallel. On Contrast-enhancement ultrasound, six cases of the lesions exhibited hyperenhanced, six cases exhibited equal range among CEUS and BUS, six cases exhibited heterogeneous?enhancement, margin of six cases exhibited indistinct; four cases exhibited perfusion defect; distorted feeding vessels were not visible in all cases. Conclusions CEUS features of sclerosing adenosis were characteristic. CEUS was useful in differential diagnosis.
