Breast cancer is one of the most common female malignant tumors．The occurrence and development of breast cancer are often accompanied by abnormal gene expression．Oncogene expression reflects the malignant biological behavior of breast cancer from different perspectives. So, more and more scholars have found that there is a certain correlation between ultrasonographic morphologic features and molecular immunological index of breast cancer, expression and prognostic of molecular immunological index can be predicted by ultrasound and contrast enhanced ultrasound signs of breast cancer. This review summarized previous related studies and explored ultrasound and contrast enhanced ultrasound as a noninvasive predictor for ER、PR、C-cerb B -2 and Ki -67.
