【】 目的 探讨实时剪切波弹性成像 ( shear wave elastography,SWE) 在非酒精性脂肪肝分度诊断中的应用价值。方法 将158例非酒精性脂肪肝患者分为轻度(n=52)、中度(n=51)、重度(n=55)3个亚组,另设正常对照组50例。对所有受检者进行常规超声扫查后,再应用实时剪切波弹性成像测量肝杨氏模量值,分析比较各组受试者肝杨氏模量值差异。结果 正常对照组的肝杨氏模量值为(4.79±0.77)kPa,随着脂肪肝程度的加重肝杨氏模量值依次减低,分别为轻度(4.73±0.68)kPa、中度(4.49±0.58)kPa、重度(4.42±0.61)kPa,组间差异有统计学意义(F=3.965,P<0.05)。结论 实时剪切波弹性成像在评价脂肪肝严重程度上可能具有一定的临床价值。 |

【】Objective To investigate the application value of shear wave elastography(SWE) in diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods One hundred and fifty eight patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver were divided into mild subgroup (n=52), moderate subgroup (n=51)and severe subgroup (n=55), and 50 healthy subjects were enrolled as control group. All subjects underwent conventional ultrasound and then measured liver Young"s modulus by shear wave elastography, the results were analyzed and compared between different groups. Results The Young"s modulus of liver in the healthy control group was(4.79±0.77)kPa, the liver Young"s modulus successively reduced as the severity of fatty, mild was(4.73±0.68)kPa, moderate was (4.49±0.58) kPa, and severe was (4.42±0.61) kPa, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(F=3.965, P<0.05). Conclusions Real-time shear wave elastography may have important clinical value in the evaluation of the severity degree of fatty liver. |
