Abstract:Objective: analysis of the left coronary artery fistula right room color doppler echocardiographic features, explore the echocardiography for diagnosis of the value of the left coronary artery fistula right room. Methods: application of echocardiography of two-dimensional image and color doppler imaging and spectrum observation of the left coronary artery fistula right room anatomic abnormalities and abnormal high speed blood flow of heart cavity. Results: the echocardiography were visible anatomical abnormality of the left coronary artery significant expansion, go line circuity, follows the fistula, and abnormal heart cavity is the double continuous high-speed shunt spectrum, consistent with coronary angiography and surgical results. Conclusion: echocardiography in the diagnosis of left coronary artery fistula right room has high visual and practical value
