| 目的 探讨多切面联合在产前超声诊断胎儿永存左上腔静脉中的价值。方法 对胎儿超声心动图诊断的12例胎儿永存左上腔静脉进行回顾分析。结果 12例胎儿永存左上腔静脉中10例伴冠状静脉窦扩张； 2例不伴冠状静脉窦扩张。结论 采取多切面联合诊断能提高PLSVC的检出率。 |

| 0bjective To investigate the Role of multiple views combined in Prenatal echocardiographic diagnosis of fetal Persistent Left Superior Vena Cava (PLSVC) ．Methods The data of 12 fetuses diagnosed as PLSVC by fetal echocardiography were reviewed. Results The dilated coronary sinus was observed in 10 of 12 fetuses . Condesions multi-section ultrasound can improve the detection rate of PLSVC. |
