0bjective To investigate the Role of multiple views combined in Prenatal echocardiographic diagnosis of fetal Persistent Left Superior Vena Cava (PLSVC) ．Methods The data of 12 fetuses diagnosed as PLSVC by fetal echocardiography were reviewed. Results The dilated coronary sinus was observed in 10 of 12 fetuses . Condesions multi-section ultrasound can improve the detection rate of PLSVC.
