如今脑刺激在基础科研和临床中应用广泛。但是目前脑刺激技术如电刺激法、光遗传技术、磁刺激法等都有一定的局限性。跨颅超声神经调控以其高空间分辨率和非侵入的特点,为精确掌握神经回路活动及探索正常人脑功能带来了强有力的新工具,本文我们综述了超声波的基本特性、超声神经调控的发展和其生物物理机制以及声敏细胞膜离子通道。 |

Abstract: |
Today, brain stimulation techniques are used widely in research and clinical practices. But the main methods used for neuro-stimulation including electrical-, optical-, and magnetic-mediated approaches have some limitations. Interestingly, the attractive combination of non-invasive, reversible neuromodulation with spatial selectivity on the order of millimeters based on ultrasonic waves has brought powerful new tools to precisely grasp the neural circuits and to explore the normal function of the human brain. In this review, we summarize the primer on relevant ultrasonics, ultrasonic neuromodulation results and relevant biophysical mechanisms and ultrasonic sensitive ion channels. |
