目的 探讨正常舌的声像图特征。方法 选取56例舌部健康的志愿者,口腔包含36℃温开水约30ml,取坐位应用实时高频探头与腹部探头相结合的方法经皮舌骨上区检查舌,探头横置舌骨上区平行序贯扫查,获得舌根部和体部横切面,进行舌横径和厚径的测量;探头纵置舌骨上区平行序贯扫查,获得舌纵断面图,进行舌长径测量,应用CDFI观察舌血管走行及分布等特征,比较血管内径、峰值流速及阻力指数情况。结果 舌结构的超声显示率为100%,舌根部横径(37.59±4.57)mm,前后径(32.61±5.30)mm;舌体部横径(43.02±5.00)mm,前后径(39.01±4.49)mm;舌长径(58.91±6.38)mm;右侧舌动脉最高流速(32.71±9.61)cm/s,阻力指数RI(0.75±0.06),内径(1.81±0.14)mm,静脉流速(10.03±3.48)cm/s,内径(2.03±0.14)mm;左侧舌动脉最高流速(31.89±8.79)cm/s,阻力指数(0.75±0.06),内径(1.78±0.13)mm,静脉流速(10.38±4.08)cm/s,内径(2.02±0.14)mm。结论 口腔包含适量温开水,取坐位应用实时高频探头与腹部探头相结合经皮舌骨上区检查法可获得完整的舌超声解剖切面图和彩色血流图,舌显示清晰,本研究结果为舌病变的超声诊断提供了超声解剖依据,对进一步展开舌疾病的超声诊断具有重要的临床应用价值。 |

Abstract: |
Objective To explore the characteristics of normal tongue ultrasonic image feature.Methods 56 volunteers of tongue healthy were selected, whose oral contained 36℃ warm water about 30ml and with setting posture.Real-time high- frequency and abdominal probes were parallelly and sequentially scaned their tongue from the percutaneous suprahyoid area.The transverse and longitudinal sectiones of the tongue were obtained and measured.CDFI was used to observe the course and distribution of the tongue’s blood vessel ,and relationships among diameter,peak speed(PS) and resistance index (RI) were ananlyzed. Result The ultrasonic images of the main normal structure of the tongue were clearly displayed. The length of the tongue were (58.91 ± 6.38) mm. The widths and thickness of the root and body were (37.59 ±4.57) mm 、(43.02±5.00)mm and (32.61± 5.30) mm、(39.01±4.49)mm. The right and left lingual artery peak velocity were( 32.71 ±9.61) cm/s and ( 31.89 ± 8.79) cm / s, the RI both were (0.75 ± 0.06),the inner diameter were (1.81±0.14) mm and(1.78 ±0.13) mm.The right and left venous velocity were(10.03 ±3.48) cm / s and ( 10.38 ±4.08)cm / s,the inner diameter were (2.03 ±0.14) mm and (2.02 ± 0.14) mm. Conclusion Oral contains about 30ml warm water( 36℃)in sitting posture, use real-time high- frequency and abdominal probes from the percutaneous suprahyoid area to check the tongue can obtain complete ultrasonic anatomical sectional drawing of the tongue and color flow mapping. The research results mentioned in this paper will provide an important uitrasonic anatomic basis for ultrasound diagnosis of the located lesions of the tongue. |
