随着左心声学造影剂的不断研发并在临床领域得到广泛应用,左心声学造影技术不断改进和发展,其成像质量及稳定性的提高,使得超声心动图在静息、运动或药物负荷状态下定性和定量评价左心室结构和功能的可行性、准确性、重复性都有了很大提升。心肌声学造影技术可用于评价心肌微循环灌注技术,通过分析心肌血流灌注能准确评估心肌血流量,对提高诊断冠心病的敏感性及准确性,诊断急、慢性缺血性心肌病的病变范围及程度,评价再灌注治疗后心肌存活性及功能恢复情况都要重要意义,左心室声学造影可以更精准的评价左心功能和心腔结构,为心血管疾病的诊疗提供了更多的途径。 |

Abstract: |
With major developments in both contrast media and ultrasound equipment,Left heart contrast echocardiography has evolved rapidly in the last decade.The technology can improve the feasibility, repeatability and accuracy of echocardiographySto evaluate left ventricular structure and function in many cases. By quantifying myocardial blood flow at the tissue level,MCE can assess myocardial perfusion in both acute myocardial infarction and chronic ischemic heart disease.Detecting differences between normal and reduced microvascular volume in necrotic or ischemic myocardium,MCE can identify the extent and severity of myocardial contrast defects.Microbubble velocity is the strong predictor of myocardial viability and recovery of function after reperfusion treatment.LVO and EBD can evaluate left ventricular function and structure more accurately .Developing field of Left heart contrast echocardiography is moving from diagnostic technique to therapeutics. |
