Abstract:Abstract: Objective To explore effective ultrasonic evaluation indexes on endometrial receptivity of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients through endometrial blood flow parameters collected by two and three dimensional color Doppler ultrasound. Method 60 recurrent spontaneous abortion outpatients were collected from the Gynecology Department of Shuguang Hospital. We detected endometrial thickness, volume, blood flow in and below endometrium, uterine artery PI, RI, S/D and uterine spiral artery PI, RI, S/D and then observed them whether pregnant or not. Results The pregnancy rate of patients who had blood flow both in and below endometrium was higher than who only had blood flow in endometrium and even no blood flow ones(P<0.05). The pregnancies’ uterine spiral artery PI, RI, S/D were lower than not pregnant ones(P<0.05), but the endometrial thickness, volume, uterine artery PI, RI, S/D weren’t significantly different(P>0.05). Conclusion Uterine spiral artery PI, RI, S/D and blood flow both in or below endometrium are effective ultrasonic evaluation indexes on endometrial receptivity of recurrent spontaneous abortion patients.
