Objective To explore the application value of puncture sclerosing treatment of endometrial cyst with urokinase by Vagina Ultrasound . Methods A total of 186 patients with 198 endometrial cyst underwent Vagina Ultrasound-guided puncture sclerosing therapy with urokinase conventional were analyzed retrospectively.The methods and efficacy of the treatment were observed. Results A total of 198 cysts out of 189 were cured and 9 cysts significantly reduced .There was no inefficiency patient.The cure rate was 95.45% and the efficiency rate was 100%. Conclusion Use urokinase conventional on puncture sclerosing endometrial cyst by Vagina Ultrasound can dissolve effective in the cyst ,make draw easier ,wash completely ,the cure rate be raised obviously ,Ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture sclerosing can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of endometrial cyst.
