    【摘要】目的 探讨高频彩超在小儿肠套叠诊断及治疗中的临床价值。方法:对2015年1月至2015年12月宝鸡市妇幼保健院儿外科住院治疗的121例肠套叠患儿高频彩超声像图进行回顾性分析,依据肠套叠包块外鞘肠管性质、包块位置及大小分为结肠套叠和小肠套叠。结果:121例患儿超声均表现为肠套叠包块声像图特点,横断面呈“靶环征”,纵断面呈“套筒征”; 121例中结肠套叠63例,小肠套叠58例,结肠套叠包块在超声监测下行水压灌肠复位术,小肠套叠者对症治疗后复查;结论:高频彩超能准确诊断小儿肠套叠并分型,超声分型能指导临床选择合适的治疗方式并配合临床治疗监测治疗效果。

    【Abstract】Purpose To discuss high frequency colour to exceed in pediatric intussusception diagnosis and treatment of clinical value Methods: On between January 2015 and December 2015, baoji maternity and child care son surgical hospital treatment of 121 cases of intussusception in children with high frequency colour to exceed sonograms were retrospectively analyzed, on the basis of intussusception bag piece outer sheath insufflate the nature, position and size is divided into nested colon and small intestine nested. Results: 121 cases underwent ultrasound are shown as intussusception bag piece ultrasonographic characteristics, cross section is "rings", "the sleeve" profile, 121 cases, 63 cases of colon nested nested 58 cases of small intestine, colon nested bag piece downward pressure enema reduction in ultrasonic monitoring, small intestine nested check after symptomatic treatment; conclusion: High frequency colour to exceed to an accurate diagnosis of pediatric intussusception and classification, ultrasonic classification can guide clinical choice suitable treatment and cooperate with the clinical monitoring of therapeutic efficacy.
