目的 1、应用实时三维iRotate成像技术测量阵发性心房颤动患者(PAF)左心房容积,探讨其可行性及临床应用价值。2与双平面Simpson’s法、实时三维容积法测量值进行比较,探讨测量左心房容积方法的准确性。方法 选取44例PAF患者,平均年龄(61.0±9.7)岁,所有患者行超声心动图检查时均为窦性心律;常规超声心动图测量左心房前后径(LAD),舒张早期二尖瓣跨瓣血流速度(E)、舒张晚期二尖瓣跨瓣血流速度(A) 、计算E/A,左心室射血分数(LVEF),肺静脉收缩期S峰、舒张期D峰、左心房主动收缩肺静脉反向血流Ar峰;分别应用二维双平面Simpson’法、实时三维iRotate成像法、实时三维容积法测量左心房最大容积(LAVmax)、左心房最小容积(LAVmin)、左心房收缩前容积(LAVpre)。结果:双平面Simpson’s法、实时三维iRotate成像法、实时三维容积法对PAF患者左心房时相容积的测量有良好的相关性,无显著性差异(p>0.05)。结论:双平面Simpson’s法、实时三维iRotate成像法、实时三维容积法均能较准确测量PAF患者左心房时相容积,有一定临床应用价值。 |
