| 目的 1、应用实时三维iRotate成像技术测量阵发性心房颤动患者（PAF）左心房容积，探讨其可行性及临床应用价值。2与双平面Simpson’s法、实时三维容积法测量值进行比较，探讨测量左心房容积方法的准确性。方法 选取44例PAF患者，平均年龄（61.0±9.7）岁，所有患者行超声心动图检查时均为窦性心律；常规超声心动图测量左心房前后径（LAD）,舒张早期二尖瓣跨瓣血流速度(E)、舒张晚期二尖瓣跨瓣血流速度(A) 、计算E/A,左心室射血分数（LVEF）,肺静脉收缩期S峰、舒张期D峰、左心房主动收缩肺静脉反向血流Ar峰；分别应用二维双平面Simpson’法、实时三维iRotate成像法、实时三维容积法测量左心房最大容积（LAVmax）、左心房最小容积（LAVmin）、左心房收缩前容积(LAVpre)。结果：双平面Simpson’s法、实时三维iRotate成像法、实时三维容积法对PAF患者左心房时相容积的测量有良好的相关性，无显著性差异（p＞0.05）。结论：双平面Simpson’s法、实时三维iRotate成像法、实时三维容积法均能较准确测量PAF患者左心房时相容积,有一定临床应用价值。 |

| Objective To compare the value of Real-time three dimensional iRotate imaging、biplane-Simpson’s method and real-time three-dimensional Echocardiography in the assessement of left atrial volume in patients with Paroxysmal atrial Fibrillation.MethodsForty-four(61.0±9.7) patients were studied,Left Atrial phase volumes were measured by real-three dimensional iRotate imaging、biplane-Simpson’s method and Real-time three- dimensional Echocardiography.ResultReal-time three-dimensionaliRotateimaging Echocardiography have a good correlation in measurementing the lfet atrialphase volume in Patients with Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation.The difference was nostatistically significant（p＞0.05）.ConclusionReal-time three-dimensional iRotate imaging、biplane-Simpson’s method and Real-time three-dimensional Echocardiography canaccurately measuring left atrial phase volume in Patients withParoxysmal Atrial Fibrillation.It can be used for Clinical. |
