| 摘 要 急性肾损伤是临床常见的急重症，其发病率逐年增加。该病预后较差，病死率较高，及早发现、诊断及治疗对该病预后非常重要。但目前该病的早期诊断还不够满意，确诊时患者病情往往已难以治愈。目前，许多用于急性肾损伤诊断的新型生物学标志物及影像学检查正处于研究阶段，本文就其进展做一综述。 |

| Abstract Acute kidney injury is acritical disease. As the morbidity increases，the burden on medical services is increasing in China. The prognosis of AKI is poor with high fatality，the early discovery，diagnosis and treatment are important for the prognosis of AKI，but the early diagnosis of this disease is dissatisfied actually. When a definite diagnosis is gotten，the patients are usually at a obstinate stage. Many kinds of new biomarkers and imageological examination are still in research phase at present，This article is to make a review about the advances of the clinical diagnosis of acute kidney injury based on recent studies. |
