| 目的：探讨卵巢无性细胞瘤的超声特征 方法：回顾分析4例经病理诊断为卵巢无性细胞瘤患者的超声声像图及临床特征。结果：4例卵巢无性细胞瘤的患者均为年轻女性；卵巢无性细胞瘤的主要超声声像图特征为附件区的实性低回声肿物,体积较大,边界较清晰,肿物后方无明显衰减,内部回声超较均匀,分叶状,内部血流较丰富。结论：卵巢无性性细胞瘤具有较明确的超声声像特征,有助于为临床提供较准确的诊断依据。 |

| Objective To explore the ultrasonic features of Ovarian dysgerminoma. Methods The features of clinic and ultrasonography of 4 patients with ovarian dysgerminoma confirmed by pathology were reviewed. Result Four patients with Ovarian dysgerminoma were young women. Ovarian dysgerminomas are characteristically single solid hypoechoic masses with well-encapsulated, circumscribed, posterior echo attenuation, regular inside echoes, lobulation, with abundant blood flow signals on CDFI in adnexec area. Conclusion Ultrasonogram of ovarian dysgerminoma were characteristic. It is helpful in clinical diagnosing. |
