Objective: To explore the related factors affecting FibroTouch detection of liver stiffness (LSM value) to evaluate the degree of liver fibrosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods: Collected 144 cases of chronic Hepatitis B patients in January 2015 to November, All patients were confirmed by liver biopsy. Detection of liver stiffness (LSM) by FibroTouch technique, At the same time, collect the general clinical information and blood test index of the patients. Multivariate linear regression analysis was performed to establish the regression equation, in the end, evaluated the regression model . Results: The 6 independent predictors were selected by multiple linear regression: Spleen intercostals thickness, Body mass index(BMI), Serum albumin (ALB), Total bilirubin (TBiL), prothrombin time（PT）,Type IV collagen (CIV), In order to establish the regression equation. The regression model determine the coefficient R party =0.648, adjust the R party =0.609, it have a good fitting degree. Conclusion: When FibroScan was performed to detect LSM, spleen thickness, CIV, ALB, TBiL ,PTand BMI values may have an effect on the detection results. The influence factors of the remains to be further large multicenter study.
