Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective Explore ultrasound elastography in combination with acoustic touch tissue imaging quantification (VTQ) of BI - RADS 4 class to assess the diagnostic value of breast lumps.Method Select our hospital by pathological diagnosis of 95 patients with breast lumps (a total of 97 lesions), all cases were first two-dimensional ultrasonic diagnosis of BI - RADS 4 classes, elasticity imaging and VTQ check again, with the pathological results as the gold standard, draw two-dimensional ultrasound and joint elasticity imaging VTQ examination in the diagnosis of breast lumps and compare the diagnostic performance; the receiver-operating characteristic curve The difference between the combined VTQ technology and two-dimensional ultrasound in the classification of the breast lumps bi-rads was compared. Results Two-dimensional ultrasound diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and AUC is respectively 87.8%, 53.57%, 41.38%, 58.06%, 85.71% and 0.703, the elasticity imaging joint VTQ adjusted BI - RADS classification diagnostic sensitivity, specificity, accuracy, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and AUC were 95.12%, 83.93%, 79.05%, 81.25%, 95.92% and 0.895, AUC comparative difference was statistically significant (Z = 2.26, P < 0.05).Conclusion Elastic imaging combined with VTQ technology can improve the diagnostic value of bi-rads 4 mammary masses.
