| 目的 探讨超声引导下泡沫硬化剂硬化交通支静脉在治疗复发型下肢静脉曲张患者中的应用价值。方法 对31例复发型下肢静脉曲张患者采用超声引导下注射泡沫硬化剂硬化交通支静脉治疗,作为观察组,回顾33例复发型下肢静脉曲张患者常规实施交通支静脉结扎+分段剥脱术的临床治疗资料作为对照组,对比两组患者手术时间,住院天数,术后并发症,治疗效果等方面情况。结果 观察组在手术时间,住院天数,术中出血,术后并发症等方面少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治愈率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 超声引导下泡沫硬化剂硬化交通支静脉在治疗复发型下肢静脉曲张疗效显著,并且具有手术时间短、术后并发症少等优势。 |

| Application value of the ultrasound guided foam hardening agent hardening perforatingveins in the treatment of recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins |

| Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound guided foam hardening agent hardening perforating veins in recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins .Methods 31 cases of patients with recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins as observation group were treated with ultrasound guided foam hardening agent hardening perforating veins . Retrospective analyse the clinical treatment data of 33 cases of recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins as the control group treated with conventional perforating vein ligation and plus stripping . Operation time, hospital stay, postoperative complications, cure rate of the two groups were compared.Result The operation time, hospital stay, postoperative complications were less than the control group, there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group, the cure rate was equal to the control group, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion the treatment of recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins with ultrasound guided foam hardening agent hardening perforating veins has obvious effect , and shorter in operation time, less in postoperative complications . |
