Objective To explore the application value of ultrasound guided foam hardening agent hardening perforating veins in recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins .Methods 31 cases of patients with recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins as observation group were treated with ultrasound guided foam hardening agent hardening perforating veins . Retrospective analyse the clinical treatment data of 33 cases of recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins as the control group treated with conventional perforating vein ligation and plus stripping . Operation time, hospital stay, postoperative complications, cure rate of the two groups were compared.Result The operation time, hospital stay, postoperative complications were less than the control group, there was significant difference between the observation group and the control group, the cure rate was equal to the control group, the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion the treatment of recurrence of lower extremity varicose veins with ultrasound guided foam hardening agent hardening perforating veins has obvious effect , and shorter in operation time, less in postoperative complications .
