目的 探讨不同机械指数(MI)的诊断级超声联合微泡(MB)对兔VX2肿瘤的血流增强效应。方法 健康雄性新西兰白兔40只,随机分组为MI=0.3组(n=10)、MI=0.7组(n=10)、MI=1.4组(n=10)、假照组(n =10),采用单侧大腿内侧瘤组织块接种法接种VX2肿瘤。0.1ml脂氟显稀释至5ml生理盐水用于治疗,时间为5分钟。留存治疗前后动态造影图像,并用具有微泡超声空化调控功能的超声诊断仪——飞依诺VINNO 70的造影分析软件分析。取治疗后肿瘤标本进行HE病理染色。结果 MI=0.3组治疗后峰值强度(PI)显著上升(p =0.028),MI=1.4组治疗后PI及曲线下面积(AUC)显著下降(p =0.018、p =0.009)。结论 低能量诊断超声(MI=0.3)联合微泡可丰富兔VX2肿瘤血供,高能量诊断超声(MI=0.7)减少血流灌注。 |

ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the different vascular effect of rabbit VX2 tumor induced by diagnostic ultrasound combined with microbubbles(MB). Methods Forty rabbit with VX2 tumor were treated by diagnostic ultrasound with different strengths of Mechanical index(MI)0.3,0.7,1.4 with MB as experiment group(n=10, n=10,n=10) and negative control(n=10) for 5 minutes. 0.1ml microbubbles in 5 ml normal saline was used as a therapeutic dose.The tumor blood perfusion was imaged with contrast-enhanced US (CEUS) before and after treatment which were analyzed by the contrast analysis software of VINNO 70. After the treatment, the tumor samples were collected for pathological examination. Results The PI in MI=0.3 increased after treatment, the PI and AUC of MI=1.4 decreased after treatment.Conclusion Low-intensity diagnostic ultrasound (MI=0.3) combined with microbubbles can enrich the blood perfusion of VX2 tumor in rabbits, and high-intensity diagnostic ultrasound (MI=1.4) can decrease the blood perfusion. |
