| 子宫内膜容受性是指子宫内膜具有使囊胚黏附、侵入并最终种植于子宫内膜而使胚胎着床的特殊状态。子宫内膜容受性与子宫内膜血流状态存在良好相关性。临床中经阴道彩色多普勒超声已广泛应用于评估体外受精-胚胎移植患者子宫血流状态。但是，哪些血流参数与内膜容受性的相关性最强，以及多种超声参数如何关联预测妊娠结局更加准确，至今尚无统一的标准。本文就子宫血流参数在评估IVF-ET患者子宫内膜容受性中的应用现状和进展作一综述，以期为临床治疗提供帮助。 |

| Endometrial receptivity is refers to endometrium has a unique state of the blastocyst adhesion, invasion and eventually grown in endometrium and makes embryo implantation.The receptivity of endometrium and endometrial blood flow state exists a good correlation. In clinical, vaginal color doppler ultrasound has been widely used in evaluated uterine blood flow state in patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation.But, there is no unified standard on which blood flow parameters and the endometrial receptivity most relevant and how a variety of ultrasonic parameters relate to predict accurately the pregnancy outcome.This paper reviews the application blood flow parameters in the evaluation of endometrial receptivity of the patients with IVF - ET,in order to provide help for the clinical treatment. |
