Endometrial receptivity is refers to endometrium has a unique state of the blastocyst adhesion, invasion and eventually grown in endometrium and makes embryo implantation.The receptivity of endometrium and endometrial blood flow state exists a good correlation. In clinical, vaginal color doppler ultrasound has been widely used in evaluated uterine blood flow state in patients with in vitro fertilization and embryo transplantation.But, there is no unified standard on which blood flow parameters and the endometrial receptivity most relevant and how a variety of ultrasonic parameters relate to predict accurately the pregnancy outcome.This paper reviews the application blood flow parameters in the evaluation of endometrial receptivity of the patients with IVF - ET,in order to provide help for the clinical treatment.
