Abstract:Abstact:Objective To evaluate the clinical value of real shear wave elastography (SWE) in the differential diagnosis of lymphoma and metastatic lymph nodes. Methods Get images and indicators from suspected lymphoma involved lymph nodes before biopsy by routine ultrasound and SWE .Use pathological results as standerd ,get 25 cases of lymphoma and 30 cases of metastatic lymph nodes .Compare indicators of two groups.Evaluate the diagnostic performance of differential diagnosis lymphoma and metastatic lymph nodes with the mean of Young’s modulus by ROC curve. Results The significant distinguishing features for conventional ultrasound was the absent of echogenic hilum only. For SWE,if the sampling frame filled with colors completed and Young’s modulus demonstrated significant differences between groups. The mean of Young’s modulus of metastasis lymph nodes (30.01±13.26)kpa was higher than that of lymphoma involved lymph nodes (14.43±2.46)kpa.The mean of Young’s modulus of lymph nodes could achive 83.3% sensitivity in diagnosing metastatic lymphadenopathy.Conclutions The elastography images and Young’s modulus of cervical lymph nodes by SWE are helpful for distinguish the nature of malignat lymph nodes.
