| 目的 总结乳腺腺样囊性癌的超声图像特征，提高对该病的图像认识。
方法 回顾性分析经组织活检或术后病理确诊的14例乳腺腺样囊性癌患者的超声图像特征。
结果 14例患者（14个病灶）声像图表现为：肿块形态不规则，边缘不光整，长轴与皮肤平行；10例呈低回声，4例呈囊实混合性回声；5例肿块后方回声增强，1例衰减，8例无变化；3例肿块内见点状钙化，9例伴周围结构异常；彩色多普勒血流显像肿块内不能探及或仅见少许血流信号。
结论 乳腺腺样囊性癌声像图表现无特异性，术前超声诊断困难。 |

| The analysis of the ultrasonic image features of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast |

| Abstract: |
| Objective To summarize the ultrasonic image features of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the breast (ACCB), in order to improve the knowledge.
Method The ultrasonic images of 14 patients of ACCB confirmed by pathology or needle biopsy were retrospectively analyzed.
Result Sonographically, ACCB demonstrated as an irregular mass with noncircumscribed margin and parallel orientation. 10 cases appeared hypoechoic and 4 were complex cystic lesions. 5 cases showed posterior acoustic enhancement and 1 had posterior acoustic shadow with the remaining cases absence of posterior acoustic feature. Microcalcification could be found in 3 cases and architectural distortion in 9 cases. All the masses were with minimal vascularity on color Doppler examination.
Conclusion: There were nonspecific imaging features of ACCB by ultrasound, and it was difficult to clarify the diagnosis before operation. |
