Abstract:Purpose: To apply novel virtual touch tissue imaging quantification(VTIQ)technique to detect SWV of invasive breast ductal carcinoma and analyze correlation between SWV and prognosis factors of invasive ductal carcinoma.Method: 101 patients with single lesion invasive breast ductal carcinoma were confirmed via operation or core needle biopsy by conducting retrospective analysis. VTIQ check was conducted before operation to detect lump’s SWV, record clinical TNM staging, histological grade,ER,PR,Her2,Ki-67 and p53 etc and further analyze correlation between SWV and above mentioned indexes. Results: The single factor correlation analysis showed that SWV showed correlations with clinical TNM staging(r=0.668, P<0.001), histological grade (r=0.677, P<0.001),ER(r=-0.250, P=0.012),Her2(r=0.298, P=0.002)and Ki-67(r=0.505, P<0.001). Conclusion:The VTIQ technology can be applied to detect SWV of invasive breast ductal carcinoma, which can predict prognosis factor of tumors and provide more references for clinical treatment and prognosis etc.
