Abstract:Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) combined with curettage for treatment of cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Analyze the clinical data of 62 cases of cesarean scar pregnancy treated in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016. All patients were treated with HIFU combined with curettage. observe the blood loss, decline of beta -human chorionic gonadotropin(β-hCG),the time of menstruation resumed normal , hospitalization time and the intraoperative and postoperative adverse reactions. Results 62 cases were successfully treated with HIFU combined with curettage, 57 patients were markedly, 4 cases were effective ,the total effective rate of 98.38%. The mean follow-up of β-hCG was 17811.59mIU / mL, the average hospitalization was 5-48 days (mean 10.2 days) and the time of menstrual recovery was 1-3 months (mean 1.5 months). 62 patients were followed up for 3 months, no case of skin burns, nerve injury and other serious complications. Conclusions HIFU combined with curettage is a safe and effective way to treat CSP.
