Objective: To observe the characteristics of color ultrasonography of infantile ovarian cystic mass. Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography of 30 cases of ovarian cystic mass in our hospital from January 2013 to October 2016. We compared the results of ultrasonography with operation and pathology. Results: Ovarian cyst with torsion, necrosis were 12 cases, Simple cysts, follicular cysts were 8 cases, 1 case of corpus luteum cyst, 1 case of mature cystic teratoma. 2 cases of preoperative colour to exceed misdiagnosed as cystic teratoma，1 case was misdiagnosed as im repeat deformity, 1 case was misdiagnosed as meconium peritonitis. The coincidence rate of total ultrasound diagnosis was 86.6%. Conclusion: Baby ovarian cystic disease of occupied part of the unique, especially ovarian cyst with pedicle torsion necrosis is a rare colour to exceed performance is worth summarizing, analyzing, sharing. Colour to exceed diagnosis coincidence rate is higher, at the same time should be paid attention to in the identification of related diseases.
