The sensitivity of diagnosing of ultrasonic for the pneumonia is 96.5%, specificity is 96.1%, positive predictive value is 97.6%, negative predictive value is 76.5%. Conclusion Lung ultrasound shows high accuracy in the detection of children pneumonia and is a reliable image diagnosis method for children pnermonia.
