Abstract:Objective: To study the clinical effect of transvaginal ultrasound assisted laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of multiple uterine fibroids. Methods: 82 cases of multiple uterine fibroids in our hospital from January 2015 to January were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 41 cases in each of the cases. The control group was treated with laparoscopic uterine fibroids, the observation group was treated with transvaginal ultrasound assisted laparoscopic uterine excision, the clinical effect and prognosis of the two groups were observed and compared. Results: two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss, gastrointestinal function recovery time, hospitalization time compared no significant difference, no statistical significance (P>0.05); and two groups of patients with postoperative complication rate compared no significant difference, no statistical significance (P>0.05); the rate of residual myoma was significantly lower than the control group in the observation group after the operation (P<0.05), leiomyoma diameter was significantly less than the control group (P<0.05); the observation group of patients with postoperative 1 year recurrence rate was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05);Conclusion:In the treatment of multiple uterine fibroids by transvaginal ultrasound assisted for uterine myoma underwent laparoscopic myomectomy, can effectively reduce the residual rate of uterine fibroids 1 years, and significantly reduce the recurrence rate, the prognosis is better, with a high clinical value, worthy of promotion of use.
