[Objective] To revalue the significance of Color Doppler ultrasonic examination in the diagnosis of scar uterus pregnancy [Method ]170 cases of scar uterus intrauterine pregnancy were confirmed by two-dimensional ultrasound,Color Doppler and pulsed Doppler examination, comparing with the pathology and the result of ultrasound tracking [Result] (1) Scar uterus pregnancy was divided into 4 types: normal pregnancy, inevitable pregnancy, cervical pregnancy and cesarean scar pregnancy (CSP)；diagnosis coincidence rate was 94.0%, 100%, 77.8%,and 85.3% respectively, rate of early pregnancy was 90.6%；(2) RI value of nutrient artery of Normal pregnancy groups were higher than abnormal ones,between abnormal groups had no statistical significance;(3) The incidence of ectopic pregnancy was proportional to the number of cesarean。[Conclusion] Color Doppler ultrasonic examinations have significant value to different types of scar uterus pregnancy。
