Focal liver lesions (FLL) refers to a series of space-occupying lesions including both benign and malignant damages in liver. They are usually detected incidentally during an abdominal routine ultrasound examination. The classification of FLL directly determines the diagnosis and treatment of the patient, therefore how to define FLL through a comprehensive and reasonable way is of great importance. We report a case of indefinite diagnosis in which CT and MRI reached contradictory conclusions. The lesion was further investigated by close follow-up with Contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) and disappeared spontaneously.
