二维斑点追踪成像评价急性心肌梗死模型犬的纵向应变 |

【摘要】目的 使用超声心动图二维斑点追踪技术研究急性心肌梗死模型犬的心脏功能。方法 成年杂种犬27只,实验犬龄1~2岁,体重17.0±1.9(15~20)Kg,犬性别不拘。急性心肌梗死模型犬的制作是对实验犬手术开胸并结扎阻断左前降支(LAD)中段的血流。使用Toshiba Artida彩色多普勒超声诊断仪采集图像并存储,实验犬心梗前及心梗后的左心室长轴动态图像使用配套的二维斑点追踪(Two-dimensional Speckle Tracking, 2DT)软件进行分析。 结果 实验犬心梗前与心梗后左心室的纵向应变参数显示心梗后左心室收缩末容积(Left Ventricular end-systolic Volume, LVEVS)明显增加, 左心室射血分数(Left Ventricular ejection Fraction,LVEF)明显降低。与心梗前相比,心梗后的间隔和侧壁中间段,前壁以及心尖各段的长轴应变(longitudinal strain,LS)明显减低。结论 使用超声心动图二维斑点追踪技术分析心肌的纵向应变参数可以发现心肌梗死犬的心肌形变能力明显减低。 |

【Abstract】Objective To evaluate global strain of left ventricular in acute myocardial infarction canine using two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging. Methods The study included a total of 27 healthy adult canines. AMI canines were
induced by ligation of left anterior descending coronary artery. Toshiba Artida color Doppler diagnostic instrument was used to collect and store standard and parasternal axis views of left ventricular images. And 2DT(two-dimensional speckle tracking, 2DT) online analysis software was used to analyze the global LS strain. Results LVEVS(left ventricular end-systolic volume, LVEVS) increased and LVEF(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF) decreased significantly compared with the preoperative. LS(longitudinal strain,LS) of septum and lateral wall in middle level, anterior wall and every segments in apex level were decreased after AMI compared with those before AMI. Conclusions Using two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging can find deformation ability reduced after myocardial infarction.
