Abstract:【】Objective To evaluate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography (TVCDS) in the diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma and its value in the staging of endometrial carcinoma. Methods From January 2013 to July 2016 in our hospital, 168 cases of pathologically confirmed endometrial cancer patients and 190 cases of endometrial hyperplasia in patients with ultrasonographic data research, imaging feature differences between two groups of patients, and the pathological results as the evaluation criteria of TVCDS on endometrial cancer staging. Results Premenopausal and postmenopausal endometrium in patients with endometrial lesions were higher than the echo thickness in patients with endometrial hyperplasia, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) in patients with endometrial high resistance is lower than 20.24% of the proportion of patients with endometrial hyperplasia group (P<0.05), 70% patients with endometrial blood flow in patients with low resistance and low resistance ratio of the 33.93% coexist 40.48% were higher than that of endometrial hyperplasia group 5.79%, 16.32% (P<0.05), the two groups had no statistically significant proportion of patients with blood flow signal was not detected difference (P>0.05); analysis of TVCDS staging results and pathological staging results: Spearman r=0.893, P<0.001; correlation analysis of consistency of TVCDS staging with pathological staging results: kappa =0.673, P<0.001. Conclusion TVCDS diagnosis of endometrial carcinoma, blood flow resistance characteristics, endometrial thickness were significantly changed, TVCDS preoperative staging and pathological staging has a high degree of correlation and consistency.
