    【】 目的 探讨肥胖型(OB)与非肥胖型(NOB)多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者超声参数与内分泌指标特征。方法 将56例PCOS患者分为肥胖型PCOS组(OB-PCOS组)和非肥胖型PCOS组(NOB-PCOS组),测量并比较两组卵泡数、卵巢体积、卵巢间质血管阻力系数(RI)和搏动系数(PI),同时检测并比较两组黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)和雌二醇 (E2)水平;分析超声参数和内分泌指标的相关性。结果 OB-PCOS组卵巢体积、卵泡数、RI和PI较NOB-PCOS组增大,LH和FSH较NOB-PCOS组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。OB-PCOS组所有超声参数与内分泌指标均无相关性(p>0.05),而NOB-PCOS组中,PI与FSH具有正相关性(r=0.405,p<0.024),其余超声参数与内分泌指标不具有相关性。结论 OB-PCOS与NOB-PCOS患者超声参数和内分泌指标具有不同特征。

    Abstract:

    Objective To study the features of ultrasonographic parameters and endocrine profile in patients with obese polycystic ovary syndrome(OB-PCOS) andnon-obese PCOS.Methods 56 women with PCOS were divided into OB-PCOS and NOB—PCOS groups.The ultrasonic parameters such as follicle number,ovarian volume,resistance index and pulsation index were detected and compared between two groups,and Serum levels of luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH) and estradiol(E2) were also measured and compare.The correlation of the ultrasonic parameters and hormonal factors were analyzed. Results The follicle number, ovarian volume, RI and PI of OB-PCOS were significantly higher than those of NOB-PCOS,and the LH and FSH were significantly Iower than those of NOB-PCOS(P<0.01).In OB-PCOS group, all the ultrasonographic parameters was non-significantly associated with endocrine index,however, in NOB-PCOS group,PI was significantly associated with FSH(r=0.405,p<0.024). Conclusions The Characters in ultrasonography and endocrine parameters between OB-PCOS and NOB- PCOS patients were different.
