Abstract:To investigate the differential diagnosis of triple-negative breast cancer and HER-2 overexpression-type breast cancer, and to improve the understanding of the characteristics of ultrasound images. Methods The age, foci and two-dimensional ultrasonography and angiography of patients with triple negative breast cancer and HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer were analyzed. Results There were significant differences in the shape, margin and enhancement pattern of breast cancer with HER-2 overexpression (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in age, tumor mass, tumor type,blood flow classification, rear echoand time-signal curve (P>0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonographic features (lesion shape, margin, enhancement mode) have certain clinical significance for the differential diagnosis of TNBC and HER-2 overexpressing breast cancer.
