Abstract:Objective To analyze the clinical value of three-dimensional speckle tracking imaging assessment of brain natriuretic peptide in acute anterior myocardial infarction. Methods 74 cases of acute anterior wall myocardial infarction patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group, 37 cases in each group, the control group was treated with emergency PCI observed group based on the given brain natriuretic peptide treatment, using 3D speckle tracking imaging technique to analyze the treatment, the patients in the two groups after 1 month of left ventricular wall in a 17 segment longitudinal strain, circumferential strain, radial and area strain. Results after treatment for one month, there were significant statistical significance (P<0.05) in the 17 segment of the left ventricular wall strain, radial strain, and the area of the left ventricular wall in the control group and the observation group. Conclusion the brain natriuretic peptide in patients with acute anterior wall myocardial infarction application can effectively improve the patients with myocardial strain capacity, improve left ventricular mechanical function, can improve patients with myocardial remodeling in a great extent, is worth the clinical promotion.
